An intensive curriculum that pairs video modules with live, facilitated discussions, this flagship experience presents a historical, cultural, and structural analysis of racism and inequity.

The immersive experience is designed for groups of up to 25 participants in a virtual setting to provide a deep dive into transformative content, as well as an opportunity to connect with, relate to, and form a sense of community with fellow participants.

The new format of our Basecamp program leverages the video-enabled 1.5 Day Immersive Experience and complements it with a half-day activation session 2 weeks after that addresses the question of “what do we do next?”

Basecamp provides leaders with a grounding in the groundwater analysis and from there invites them to reflect on ways this analysis can inform their work.
