Our engaging training experiences provide participants with a strong understanding of the Groundwater metaphor—laying the foundation for deeper work within your organization to equip a broad range of stakeholders to build better workplaces and communities. We believe that real problem-solving starts with a shared language, which is why we offer both introductory and deeper paths to trainings that help your team shift their lens from individuals to systems, and step into their rightful role.
Our introductory, Foundations Training provides an accessible, 1-to-3-hour introduction to core systems concepts, designed to reduce resistance and spark open dialogue. Our cornerstone Immersive Experience delivers a deep dive into the historical and structural roots of inequity across 1.5 days, creating the alignment needed to drive lasting organizational change. Both formats blend compelling video modules with live, facilitated discussion to meet your team precisely where they are.
