  • The GWN brings together leaders in order to build a community of practice and power across sectors, industries and communities.

We are investing in the Groundwater Network in order to:

    -Strengthen skills and capacity

    -Imagine bold action

-Create relationships that enable bold collective action

If you have participated in a 1.5 day Immersive Experience with Groundwater Institute you are welcome to be a part of the Groundwater Network. Join here.

  • The new format of our Basecamp program leverages the video-enabled 1.5 Day Immersive Experience and complements it with a half-day activation session 2 weeks after that addresses the question of “what do we do next?”

Basecamp provides leaders with a grounding in the groundwater analysis and from there invites them to reflect on ways this analysis can inform their work.

  • We know that in our polarized times, DEIB leaders are under enormous pressure from within their organizations, as well as from wider society.  We have developed this program in partnership with Ben Hasan, former Chief Diversity Officer at Walmart, and Keyra Johnson, Chief DEI and Social Impact Officer at Delta Airlines. Together we will align on the Groundwater analysis, gain insight into how to strategically leverage this approach within your company, and create an ongoing community of practice and power.

In three powerful days, you will:

    – Learn the Groundwater Approach
    – Hear stories of real, measurable impact (ie “the receipts”) and lessons learned
    – Discuss key challenges you’re facing and key challenges in the field more broadly
